It’s true, that having a website does require some work in order to the drive visitors, you can't just push the website button and make customers appear. But the steps to getting visitors to your site and then turning them into customers are not as daunting as they may seem. When you make a decision to get a website, it should be a part of your total marketing plan.

Of course, if you don’t have a marketing plan to begin with, this is a good time to start working on it. Sure, it will take a little work in the beginning, but once you begin to see the results in your bottom line, you will find that having a working website has a great return on investment. Decide on how you want your website to work for you. Do you want it to generate leads/customers? Do you want to sell product? Do you want customer feedback? Once you know what you want from your website, it will be much easier to make it work for you.

  • Provide a visual of your restaurant menu
  • Provide a Catering menu
  • Provide Specials that change whenever you want
  • Communicate with your staff
  • Low cost advertising mix
  • The opportunity to build a database that you can use to communicate with your customers persuading them to come and to visit often.

If you’re looking for a great way to market your business, consider adding a website, but, if you don’t want to do the work that is involved in maintaining a website, perhaps you’re better off without one.
